Exclusions:

Personal Expenses:
- Any additional food or beverages not included in the set menu
- Special dietary requests beyond the pre-arranged menu
Travel Insurance:
- No coverage for personal travel insurance
Accommodation:
- Hotel stays at Havelock and Neil Island are not included in the package
Ferry/Flight Tickets:
- Ferry/flight tickets to Andaman or between islands (except transportation for the photoshoot)
Extra Photos:
- Additional edited photos beyond the included 10 (available at an extra cost)
Special Event Decor:
- Customized or themed decor (available at an extra cost upon request)
Activities:
- Any additional water sports or island activities outside of the candlelight dinner and photoshoot experience

Terms & Condition

Booking and Payment:
- A minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- The balance payment must be made 48 hours prior to the event.
- All payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled event.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
- In the event of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, the dinner or photoshoot may be rescheduled at no additional cost (subject to availability).
Photoshoot Details:
- The photoshoot is limited to a duration of 1.5 hours. Additional time will be charged.
- Photos will be delivered in digital format within 48 hours.
- Extra edited photographs or extended sessions can be availed at additional cost.
Menu and Dietary Preferences:
- The set menu for the candlelight dinner includes vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Any special dietary requests must be made at the time of booking.
- Alcoholic beverages are not included but can be arranged on request at additional cost.
Transportation:
- Complimentary transportation for the photoshoot is limited to select areas on Neil Island. For any other locations, additional charges may apply.
- Ferry transportation between Havelock and Neil Island is included for the photoshoot but subject to ferry availability and timing.
Liability:
- Welcome Andaman Travels Pvt Ltd will not be responsible for any personal injuries, loss of belongings, or accidents during the event.
- It is advised to have personal travel insurance to cover any such instances.
Customization:
- Any customization of the setup, decor, or menu must be requested at least 72 hours before the event and may incur additional charges.
