Day 1: Arrival in Port Blair – Cellular Jail & Light and Sound Show
Upon arrival at Port Blair’s Veer Savarkar Airport, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel. After check-in and some rest, visit the iconic Cellular Jail, which played a crucial role during India’s freedom struggle. In the evening, attend the famous Light and Sound Show, where the history of the jail is brought to life. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 2: Port Blair to Havelock Island – Radhanagar Beach
After an early breakfast, check out and board a ferry to Havelock Island, one of the most beautiful islands in the Andaman. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel for check-in. After settling in, visit the stunning Radhanagar Beach, often considered one of the best beaches in Asia. Enjoy swimming or relaxing by the white sandy shores. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 3: Elephant Beach – Water Sports

Day 6: Excursion to Ross Island & North Bay Island

Booking & Payments:
- Advance Payment:Â A minimum of 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
- Full Payment:Â The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days prior to the start of the tour.
- Payment Methods:Â Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or online payment gateways. Cash payments are accepted in select cases.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation by the Traveler:
- More than 30 days before the tour start date: 10% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- Between 15 to 30 days before the tour start date: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- Between 7 to 14 days before the tour start date: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- Less than 7 days before the tour start date: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- Cancellation by the Company:Â In case of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions or ferry cancellations), the company will try to offer an alternative arrangement. If no alternative is available, a full or partial refund will be made based on services rendered.
Amendment Policy:
- Any amendments to the itinerary must be requested at least 10 days prior to the tour start date and are subject to availability.
- Any changes made after this period may incur additional charges.
Liability & Responsibility:
- Travel Insurance:Â It is strongly recommended that travelers obtain travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and other unforeseen events.
- Responsibility:Â The company will not be held responsible for any delays, changes, or cancellations due to natural disasters, ferry cancellations, strikes, or any other external factors beyond the company's control.
- Safety:Â Travelers are responsible for their own safety during adventurous activities such as water sports. The company cannot be held liable for injuries or accidents during these activities.
Ferry and Transport Services:
- Ferry tickets are subject to availability and weather conditions. In case of delays or cancellations, the company will assist in rescheduling, but cannot guarantee refunds from ferry operators.
- Cab Usage:Â The included cab services are strictly for the itinerary as mentioned. Additional usage will incur extra charges.
Accommodation:
- Accommodation is provided on a twin-sharing basis unless otherwise specified.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel policies and availability, and any additional charges for such services must be borne by the traveler.
Tour Guide & Services:
- Tour guides will be provided only at select locations (e.g., Cellular Jail).
- Travelers must follow the instructions provided by guides or local authorities during visits to restricted areas.
Documentation:
- All travelers must carry valid government-issued ID proof (passport, Aadhar, etc.) for identification purposes at the time of check-in and ferry boarding.
