Day 1: Port Blair
Day 1: Welcome to Port Blair – Explore the Heritage Touchdown in Port Blair, where our team will be waiting to welcome you. After a swift transfer to your hotel, take a breather and then kick-start your Andaman journey with a visit to the iconic Cellular Jail. Immerse yourself in history as you explore the colonial prison that once held freedom fighters. As evening approaches, experience the Light and Sound Show, a dramatic retelling of the sacrifices made for India’s independence. Relax with a sunset view along the Marina Park or shop for local handicrafts before calling it a night.
Day 2: Port Blair to Havelock Island – Radhanagar Beach
Day 2: Sail to Havelock Island – Radhanagar Beach Bliss After breakfast, hop on a ferry to Havelock Island, a true gem in the Andaman archipelago. Upon arrival, check into your hotel, and prepare for an unforgettable day at Radhanagar Beach, often cited as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The powdery white sand and azure waters invite you for a refreshing swim or a lazy beach day. Don’t miss the breathtaking sunset that paints the sky with shades of orange and pink. Return to your hotel for a relaxed evening.
Day 3: Havelock - Elephenta Island - Port Blair
Day 3: Snorkeling at Elephant Beach – Underwater Paradise Your day begins with a short boat ride to the famous Elephant Beach, a snorkeler’s paradise. Discover the rich marine life and colorful coral reefs as you dive into the clear waters. For those less inclined to snorkel, the beach itself is a peaceful haven to unwind and soak up the sun. Day 4: Havelock to Port Blair & Airport Drop (Cruise Time 8:00 am from Havelock
Day 4: Back to Port Blair – Departure After a leisurely breakfast, it’s time to check out and board the ferry back to Port Blair. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have some free time to explore the local markets for last-minute souvenirs before we drop you off at the airport for your departure, taking back wonderful memories of the Andaman Islands.

- Dedicated private cab for sightseeing tours to Cellular Jail, Light and Sound Show, Radhanagar Beach, Elephant Beach, Natural Bridge, Laxmanpur Beach, and other mentioned attractions.
Island Cab Services:
- Island cab services provided at Port Blair, Havelock Island, and Neil Island as part of the tour itinerary.
Comfortable & Spacious Vehicles:
- Well-maintained, air-conditioned vehicles like sedans or SUVs depending on group size and preference.
Driver Assistance:
- Professional, experienced drivers with local knowledge of Andaman's routes and attractions.

Exclusions:

Out-of-Itinerary Transfers: Any transfers or cab usage beyond the planned itinerary or unscheduled trips.
Night Charges: Any cab service requests after 8 PM (unless specifically mentioned in the itinerary).
Inter-Island Transfers by Road: There are no direct road transfers between islands; inter-island ferry transportation is separate.

Terms & Condition

Booking & Payments:

Advance Payment: A minimum of 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days prior to the start of the tour.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or online payment gateways. Cash payments are accepted in select cases.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation by the Traveler:
- More than 30 days before the tour start date: 10% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- Between 15 to 30 days before the tour start date: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- Between 7 to 14 days before the tour start date: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- Less than 7 days before the tour start date: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.
Cancellation by the Company: In case of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions or ferry cancellations), the company will try to offer an alternative arrangement. If no alternative is available, a full or partial refund will be made based on services rendered.

Amendment Policy:

Any amendments to the itinerary must be requested at least 10 days prior to the tour start date and are subject to availability.
Any changes made after this period may incur additional charges.

Liability & Responsibility:

Travel Insurance: It is strongly recommended that travelers obtain travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and other unforeseen events.
Responsibility: The company will not be held responsible for any delays, changes, or cancellations due to natural disasters, ferry cancellations, strikes, or any other external factors beyond the company's control.
Safety: Travelers are responsible for their own safety during adventurous activities such as water sports. The company cannot be held liable for injuries or accidents during these activities.

Ferry and Transport Services:

Ferry tickets are subject to availability and weather conditions. In case of delays or cancellations, the company will assist in rescheduling, but cannot guarantee refunds from ferry operators.
Cab Usage: The included cab services are strictly for the itinerary as mentioned. Additional usage will incur extra charges.

Accommodation:

Accommodation is provided on a twin-sharing basis unless otherwise specified.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel policies and availability, and any additional charges for such services must be borne by the traveler.

Tour Guide & Services:

Tour guides will be provided only at select locations (e.g., Cellular Jail).
Travelers must follow the instructions provided by guides or local authorities during visits to restricted areas.

Documentation:

All travelers must carry valid government-issued ID proof (passport, Aadhar, etc.) for identification purposes at the time of check-in and ferry boarding.
Foreign nationals must carry necessary travel documents, including a valid visa.

General Terms:

The tour package is designed for leisure purposes. Any deviation for personal work or business purposes during the tour will require prior approval and may incur additional charges.
The company reserves the right to alter or modify the itinerary in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather or transportation issues, ensuring minimum inconvenience to the traveler.
