Day 1: Arrival in Port Blair – Cellular Jail & Light and Sound Show
Welcome to Port Blair! Upon your arrival, transfer to your hotel and freshen up. In the afternoon, visit the iconic Cellular Jail, a historic symbol of India’s freedom struggle. Walk through the corridors where freedom fighters were imprisoned and feel the significance of this national heritage site. As the evening falls, witness the captivating Light and Sound Show, where the jail’s somber past comes alive with the tales of India's independence movement. Overnight at your Port Blair hotel.
Day 2: Journey to Havelock Island – Radhanagar Beach
Start your day early with a scenic ferry ride to the beautiful Havelock Island, known for its pristine beaches and tropical vibe. After checking into your hotel, head over to the world-famous Radhanagar Beach, voted as one of Asia’s best beaches. - Airport transfers from and to Veer Savarkar International Airport, Port Blair.
- All inter-island hotel transfers in air-conditioned private vehicles at Port Blair, Havelock, and Neil Island.
Sightseeing Transfers:
- Dedicated private cab for sightseeing tours to Cellular Jail, Light and Sound Show, Radhanagar Beach, Elephant Beach, Natural Bridge, Laxmanpur Beach, and other mentioned attractions.
Island Cab Services:
- Island cab services provided at Port Blair, Havelock Island, and Neil Island as part of the tour itinerary.
Comfortable & Spacious Vehicles:
- Well-maintained, air-conditioned vehicles like sedans or SUVs depending on group size and preference.
Driver Assistance:
- Professional, experienced drivers with local knowledge of Andaman's routes and attractions.

Exclusions:

Out-of-Itinerary Transfers: Any transfers or cab usage beyond the planned itinerary or unscheduled trips.
Night Charges: Any cab service requests after 8 PM (unless specifically mentioned in the itinerary).
Inter-Island Transfers by Road: There are no direct road transfers between islands; inter-island ferry transportation is separate.

Terms & Condition

Booking & Payments:

Advance Payment: A minimum of 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days prior to the start of the tour.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or online payment gateways. Cash payments are accepted in select cases.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation by the Traveler:
- More than 30 days before the tour start date: 10% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- Between 15 to 30 days before the tour start date: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- Between 7 to 14 days before the tour start date: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- Less than 7 days before the tour start date: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.
Cancellation by the Company: In case of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions or ferry cancellations), the company will try to offer an alternative arrangement. If no alternative is available, a full or partial refund will be made based on services rendered.

Amendment Policy:

Any amendments to the itinerary must be requested at least 10 days prior to the tour start date and are subject to availability.
Any changes made after this period may incur additional charges.

Liability & Responsibility:

Travel Insurance: It is strongly recommended that travelers obtain travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and other unforeseen events.
Responsibility: The company will not be held responsible for any delays, changes, or cancellations due to natural disasters, ferry cancellations, strikes, or any other external factors beyond the company's control.
Safety: Travelers are responsible for their own safety during adventurous activities such as water sports. The company cannot be held liable for injuries or accidents during these activities.

Ferry and Transport Services:

Ferry tickets are subject to availability and weather conditions. In case of delays or cancellations, the company will assist in rescheduling, but cannot guarantee refunds from ferry operators.
Cab Usage: The included cab services are strictly for the itinerary as mentioned. Additional usage will incur extra charges.

Accommodation:

Accommodation is provided on a twin-sharing basis unless otherwise specified.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel policies and availability, and any additional charges for such services must be borne by the traveler.

Tour Guide & Services:

Tour guides will be provided only at select locations (e.g., Cellular Jail).
Travelers must follow the instructions provided by guides or local authorities during visits to restricted areas.

Documentation:

All travelers must carry valid government-issued ID proof (passport, Aadhar, etc.) for identification purposes at the time of check-in and ferry boarding.
Foreign nationals must carry necessary travel documents, including a valid visa.

General Terms:

The tour package is designed for leisure purposes. Any deviation for personal work or business purposes during the tour will require prior approval and may incur additional charges.
The company reserves the right to alter or modify the itinerary in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather or transportation issues, ensuring minimum inconvenience to the traveler.
